Total House Refurbishment & Extension

The property at Wooley was an original double fronted house and one of our first most notable contracts. The existing property was heavily re-sculptured structurally to allow extensions to the rear and both gable ends providing a larger ground floor area. The client's main requisite was for glass where ever possible providing an open plan feel to the garden areas and sky line by means of a succession of sliding glass panels and glass roof. The building was insulated with modern materials then clad over with a combination of stone masonry and render. The main front elevation was remodelled increasing the front bay windows with a dressed stone and a huge lead frontage giving a dramatic entrance.
