Renovation

Close House Terrace was renovated from old out houses belonging to the main mansion house. The terraces were converted in to a series of 4 number, five star luxury hotel suites. The external façade stonework was re-pointed, the existing sash windows were restored where possible and new traditional type sash windows installed in other parts. There was mixture of suites some providing vaulted ceilings and others giving double storey living space, all with magnificent marble tiled bathrooms together with high end modern fixtures and fittings maintaining the Close House luxury and excellence.
